Helps your hair

I have fine hair, and it's suffering breakages and getting thinner .I wake up in the morning with my hair looking like candy floss . Having tried everything else I heard about silk pillowcases helping your hair ,I decided to give it a try .Im glad I did, my hair isn't perfect when I wake up now but it has definitely improved ,it's not nearly as bad .I would definitely recommend this product.
