    The buyer ordered on November and received SEALED, NEW AND UNOPENED BOX (have proof pictures). Now January and buyer requested return merchandise. I showed to buyer PROOF PICTURES OF SEALED,NEW AND UNOPENED BOX WITH BUYERS NAME ON SHIPPING LABEL BEFORE I SHIPPED BOX.The information from buyer is not CORRECT. THE BOX WAS SEALED IN PLASTIC. The buyer opened box, used it and now want to return. I can't accept return used merchandise with buyer.
