  I nearly didn't order this delicate, metal, spherical light shade; I thought it wouldn't be adequately packaged or handled and would subsequently get damaged in transit. I needn't have worried; the seller did a grand job. Right size and rigidity box, thick cardboard protection, strong corner reinforcements, and a big piece of polystyrene. Have to mention Evri who handled the package well. The item itself is beautifully made and stylish, an absolute steal for the money. Thank you very much.

  Very disheartened with this feedback, I pride myself on ensuring my listings are clear and genuine for buyers. The toy was listed as used with description and images to show this. The Buyer did not make any contact for me to try help resolve any concerns before leaving negative feedback. I contacted the seller straight away to offer help, but have still received no response after a month.
