The DVD is very fun to do and would be great for people who are relatively new to exercise, or those who just fancy something a bit different and enjoyable. There is a routine to learn in the middle section so it keeps you interested, and the cool down was really effective - with toning exercises that I had never done before. Its not the most difficult as far as aerobic work rate is concerned but I did build up a sweat. The DVD lasts 55 minutes and it seems to pass really quickly - which must be a good sign. The fitness and dance instructors were light hearted and each move was explained in an easy to follow manner, with constant reminders of how to keep your stomach muscles tight and prevent any injuries. Overall a very enjoyable, interesting DVD – and a great introduction to belly dancing for all levels of fitness.
