Great hr monitor! Love the app and step counter!

I have Postural Orthostatic tachycardia so my heart rate is high all the time and makes me sick when I do too much physical activity. I got this to help me monitor my heartbeat so I can sit/lay down before I pass out from it being to high and my bp dropping. It works fantastic!! The step counter also helps me to be active without over doing it by being able to monitor my hr! I also need a lot of water with my condition and the app lets me track that too. I know this is a fitness tracker geared towards activity but it's great for a spoonie too who wants to be more active within their capacity and be able to monitor things to keep themselves safe. This helps and motivates! I love it!!
