  The seller was accommodating when it came to our collecting our purchase at a time of our choosing. The item was wrapped in crisp linen sheets and handily boxed up and the seller was almost strident in their willingness to help move the heavy item from their vehicle to our own. Upon our return we set out all the component parts and slowly erected the item. Suffice it to say everything was present and correct and as brand new as advertised. We labelled the poles and professed ourselves overjoyed
