    The bad: laptop described as complete, fully functioning, with Windows 10. It was actually: MISSING A HARD DRIVE (+ screws). This was not disclosed in the listing! Seller only gave me £5 off (I didn't want to return as the laptop was otherwise in great condition). Also this didn't cause me any problems but as other reviewers have noted the packaging wasn't very secure, a thin layer of bubble wrap + oversized box. The good: seller was quick to post and quick to respond to my messages.
