Great Card, Great Performance, Great Deal!
1 of 2 found this helpful I use an HTC Vive constantly and used to run an MSI GTX 1080 Armor. This card was just the extra boost I needed. Install was incredibly simple. Took less than 10 minutes. Gradual performance stability across the board for a variety of games. The claimed 30% performance increase is definitely true, at least in VR. The 1080 worked well, but it was running much harder. My only issue with this card is the blower it uses is quite loud at maximum load, but it does a great job at keeping the temperature under control. It's perfectly reasonable and rarely at maximum load with regular gaming. I ended up liquid cooling the card with a Kraken G10 and an AIO cooler. Regardless, the card works excellently and is even noticeable upgrade from a 1080. Upgrading from any other card will be a night and day performance difference!

Worth Every Penny
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this to replace my Galaxy S8 Active. I didn't want to give it up since it was the only "rugged" smartphone that actually worked. I ran mine over, dropped it in transmission fluid, washed it in the sink constantly, dragged it through camping and music festivals and no matter what I did it always worked well and never broke.
My phone was eventually stolen and I had to get a replacement. I contemplated another S8 active until I found the Blackview on an obscure youtube video. I decided to try it and figured if it was sub-par I'd return it. I've had it for a few weeks now and honestly, I'm amazed how nice of a phone it is for the price. It's very well made. Looks and feels great. Back texture has a very nice, soft feel. Nothing feels "cheap". It is a thick phone, almost twice as thick as my S8 Active, but it's not really a problem. It makes me more confident that it can survive a fall rather than some paper-thin bendable phone.
The cameras are excellent and the FLIR thermal camera is actually useful and not some gimmick, if you take the time to set it up correctly. It's an actual FLIR product, not just a knockoff thermal camera. I've already used it quite a few times for automotive work. The main rear camera is definitely better than the one my S8 Active had. Very clear and crisp pictures. Plenty of built-in software features comparable to an S10. The Night mode works well and is on par with my girlfriend's S20. Front facing camera is miles better than the S8 was.
Only issues I have had so far was some bluetooth connectivity issues with my Galaxy smartwatch. Took me a few days to figure it out, but after a little digging, I found hidden pre-installed background app called Duraspeed that was causing my problem. Disabled that and all has been well since.
Overall it's a fantastic phone, especially for the price. I'm way more impressed with it than I thought I would be. If you're into cases, there aren't many options, but you really don't need one. I bought mine here on eBay and it arrived in California in about a week.
