O'keeffe's Works Wonders
I would highly recommend this cream, my hands have been awful with flaking skin and splitting for about 18 months, I have been prescribed numerous creams with little to no effect.
Since using O'keefes this has virtually disappeared..... I'm very impressed and have already bought another 2 tubes for friends.

Not waterproof
The paint was easy to apply but is not waterproof at all the paint peeled off straight away.
