Another true fostering book.

Just simply another Cathy Glass fostering book. Have not yet read one of Cathy's books that I havent enjoyed. Some do have a lot more trauma. But all good.

Looks as tho this will really work.

The movements are explained fully, it is easy to follow and should tone up the body in a reasonable length of time.
