Feeling lighter and seeing results.
The best thing about Sensa is that it helps you to curb your appetite as long as you use it every time you eat. If you don't use it every time you wont see the best results. You also need to exercise to see quicker results. I used this product about 3 years ago and lost 35 pounds in 6 months. I have only gained about 15 of those pounds back when I wasn't able exercise for a few months. But only happened in the last year. Its very easy to keep it off if you stick to exercising and not over eating. I like sense because there is no after taste like some of the shakes or even the diet pills can have. Some people say that they had some side effects from using sense and I haven't had any. I wish they would put it back on the market.

Meal Prep
Very nice containers. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking into trying to control how much you in a sitting.
Thinking about buying another set for my camper.
Containers are very heavy and not flimsy.
