One of the best self-help books on overcoming anxiety ever written.
This book is reassuringly written with expert awareness of how normal stress and anxiety responses can subtly and quite easily shift into becoming chronic and unhealthy. The clear fact format is just what is needed to remind anyone prone to suffering from anxiety, that it can be easily managed with the necessary awareness and right approach. This book deals with the process thoroughly, from the problematic thoughts and the mental, emotional and physical symptoms they produce, and then ways to challenge these thoughts to enable a different perspective and overcoming of unnecessary and unhelpful anxiety.
