Elephants Don't Forget!
This was a gift for my late husband's niece. She and her physician husband actually rode on an elephant in India several months ago. I gave her the Ankle Bracelet to commemorate that event. Also, when I was a child my dad put me on an elephant at the Bronx Zoo. I know my father meant well, but I was terribly frightened--being so high up!

Sock It To Me!
I purchased these socks as a birthday gift for my brother. I had already gotten him a robe with moose on it. Perfect match. Very cute!

The Horror of Hitler
This book takes place during a tragic time in the world--when Hitler was committing his atrocities. It saddened me greatly. However, the writing is beautiful, lyrical. I recommend this very moving tale.
