  Sellers be aware that buyer left negative feedback without requesting a return or even reaching out to give us an opportunity to make things right for her. We learned of the claimed issue with the negative review (sadly, our first). I have to assume she has too many return requests and used negative feedback to receive refund. She did decline to revise the negative feedback in spite of our immediate and full refund. Very poor communication.
