Brilliant speakers let down by transmitter part of product

Brilliant sound quality, but I had to replace the wireless receiver after about 15 months use because the plug has its wire coming upward from the top, rather down (as plug always used to be). Because the wire went up from the top of the plug it would always be flopping down and after a years use, the wire had metal fatigue and died. Rather annoyed - bad design fault. I had to buy another wireless transmitter. The product is let down by the plug / wireless transmitter part.
