  Seller sent me an item half the size of what they had listed. When I asked for a return and refund she told me I'd got a good deal anyway at £34 (exactly what it costs in Selfridges) and that I could return it or get £4 back. Not an apologetic response at all and I don't trust the seller to refund me if I return the item so I'll keep it but the attitude sucks. Would not recommend this seller.
