Takes time to break in
I’ve worn Nike Metcon for many years when I do a mixed cardio weight training workout. This pair is going to take several weeks to break in. I wear them every 6 out of 7 days for several hours at a time. After week 1, they still feel stiff. But they fit and provide good overall support and stability.

Easy on the skin
I swear by this product. It is a powder but when you wet it, it becomes mildly foamy. Does not leave any residue.
