1 of 1 found this helpful auto cup function is great, the machine is ready to be used quickly from stand -by.
a good machine except from one thing, there is a known issue with the coffee pod holder not piercing the pod enough causing the water/milk/coffee to leak out of the back of the machine and not into your cup (quite messy)
if you call the helpline they will send a new pod holder free of charge.
they even replaced the pods that did not work correctly.
overall a good machine if the pod holder is replaced.
