  Bought a phone from them on the 20/11/23 I have yet to receive the item. I have no update on my item despite being given a tracking number I have no access to any info. When I asked for an update all I got was here’s the receipt and on top I was told by Royal Mail that despite paying the postage stated on the post they had put up, the full postage had not been paid and I had to pay the incurred fee of £3.50. When contacting the seller to ask for a reimbursement they said that is my problem
