Not a single mark on the box and in fantastic physical condition, there was an issue where it wouldn’t work without being on the charger but having spoken to them they’ve gone above and beyond to rectify this. Apart from the portability issue the value is fantastic not just for the product but the people/person you speak to should you have a problem. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
