The item was not delivered to my address and it was coming by post office then they sent by. DPD AND I DO HAVE THER APP TO TO ME ABOUT DELIVERY AND I WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED THEY DO DELIVER AND THEY COME TO MY ADDRESS ALL THE TIME AND TAKE A PHOTO NOT TAKE IT TO A DELIVERY PLACE TO. Hi,
The delivery was attempted within the timescales defined within my listing but unfortunaltey you was not available to receive the delivery and it was taken to your nearest depot for pickup. This is out of my control and i fulfilled the order in a timely manner. I have agreed to provide a full refund once the order is returned to me from the delivery depot.
