  Buyer experience. Seller altered delivery method from Premium48Carrier[Which buyer paid for]to Econ-carrier=Description,Terms&Conditions change. Arrived item didn’t work, sellers sales description was literally one word ‘working’=Defective&significantly didn’t match items description. Arrived damaged=Inoperative/defective on arrival, aka Damaged, Defective&Misdescribed! Seller was particularly defensive when help was requested. Problematic communication=Seller apparently limited language skills!
