Helpful and informative
This book has completely changed the way I’ve viewed my baby’s sleep pattern. Now, instead of struggling and worrying about the many nightly wakes I’ve taken a step back with better knowledge about what is causing those frequent wakes and that it’s completely normal for baby to want to sleep on me.
It’s also a really interesting and easy read - great for my baby brain!
