Please don’t let my percentage rating deter you from purchasing from me. I’ve always had 100% until ONE customer left me a bad review. She was supposed to pay shipping and lied about the condition of the item to get eBay to pay it. eBay didn’t back me up which is disappointing since I have good reviews. Thank you!

    Item was advised as "sits flat". It is VERY warped. Have tried to get seller to send me return label & he refuses. He is going against E-bay's policy & I am hoping ebay will urge him to send me return prepaid label so I can send back for full $71.35 refund. liohlh, please send prepaid return label as you falsely advertised your saute' pan.
