I was watching from the window upstairs a small van has arrived, a lady got out of the van knocked my door and without waiting for a second go back to van .when I open the door she nearly close to get to the van without leaving me any paper to let me know that they were here or where I can collect my parcel. Thought the products were 2 x bottles of green toilet liquid as per the pics but received 1x pink & 1x blue. I don’t use these so had to send them back. On a positive the return process was easy & refund came through quickly. Items well packaged. May be an idea to change the pics or expand in the description as to what you’re selling.
