Essential Vitamin K
Vitamin K has a long term beneficial effect on the vascular system and bone health so this would take a long time to reveal the benefits but all seems well

Definitely A Help in Managing Carbohydrate Consumption
These are helpful with reducing intake from carbohydrate especially if you have "slipped" a bit and have had something that isn't recommended on a weight reduction programme such as cake, desserts, or savoury snacks like crisps. It is NOT a free pass to eat what you like but can make your regime a little more flexible so that you can actually stick to it and still see the scales record a reduction. I am not sure how much carbohydrate absorption is actually blocked. However, I have had instances when I eat only a little carbohydrate and included the carb blockers (which was probably not a wise thing to do) to find that I felt weaker and emptier that usual so they must have been doing something.

Hawthorn Berries for Stronger Heart and lower blood pressure
