I was told that they hadn't been ordered so would be delivered before Tuesday 14th despite having been ordered and paid for on Monday 6th. As I needed them on 11th at the latest, I was told that the only option was to cancel the order and request a refund. This I did - with great difficulty - and requested a refund - still waiting! AVOID!!!
