The handle need tightening constantly so lever works and its very stiff to pull
The handle has to be screwed tight so the lever to release the shampoo works but it loosens while using and the handle needs constant tightening while in use, which is nuisance so although I'm keeping it I'm non too happy I had a Bex Bissel model previously and used for many years with no problems like this it's very hard to push around hard work
