    Never received. Oh maybe it was never shipped. My wardrobe bracket broke in February so was hoping to receive it to replace it. It’s 17th March now , no parcel yet and my clothes just been lying there for weeks. And most important the seller doesn’t even reply. I know it’s £3 thing but it’s customer service. So if you do your business - do it the right way.

    It was shipped. We deal with 500-1000 orders a week so forgive us for missing your message. We have not made you wait this long - we don't check your post, so if you don't open a lost item case or similar, we assume the item has arrived. In instances like yours, we refund or replace, provided you give us a chance to.

    Ordered 5 but only 3 arrived. Contacted the seller who responded quickly and offered a partial refund. Cases were still the cheapest I could get so decided a refund was not necessary. They arrived quickly so I could get on with the job. Happy
