Great paper, with exceptional print quality but.....

The manufacturer really needs to clear up the instructions. Which side is the print side? The brightest/whitest side - they both look the same to me. Perhaps they could state the print side would be the top side as you lift of the lid? I don't know - but surely there is a way to make it clear. As it happens my prints have come out very well but I am not 100% sure if the paper is coated both sides.

Easy to install replacement part

Note: Only awarding 4 stars as I don't know how long it will last! The element certainly looks every bit as good quality as the original and has been performing well since I installed it. Installation was very straight forward - after taking care to turn off the cooker circuit on our main board before proceeding.
