Better toy for a small dog that doesn't like Tug Of War play.
My staffie got the rope out of it in less than two minutes. She doesn't like the ball. I wanted the old tire kong with the thicker rope but no one sells it anymore. I will not be buying these things against. They don't last two minutes with a staffie.

The only Rulebook Is "Rules For Planetary Pictures" and The Hamburg Technique For The Hamburg School is really the best reading for this subject matter.
It's not a good representation of Uranian Astrology. It's merely his unsupported opinions.
