Milk kefir
2 of 2 found this helpful At first impression 1tsp did not seem like enough kefir to make much kefir milk...but I made one batch as directed and after the kefir grains has grown that I actually had 2tbsp of kefir grains. So the grains I purchased obviously top quality stuff. I'm well impressed and look forward to making kefir for all my family.
