3 of 3 found this helpful This is a well written and informative book which gives clear insight into the destructive effect of having to live with a narcissistic mother. The author writes from personal experience.
The book gives helpful advice on how to put the past behind you and teaches you to have some much needed self confidence and self belief to face the future.
I found the book easy to read and identify with, and thought it was good value for money.
