Doesn't do a thing !
I expected great results from the description, an easy to use eye shadow to apply for a more natural effect to highlight the eyes. It is not powder but a creamy consistency which no matter how much u apply it does NOT appear u have anything on. Even using a magnifying mirror I could not tell the difference between one eye with the product and the other without. Don't waste your money.
