App issues
The toothbrush cleans very well and I love all the options. They could be a bit more user-friendly. As for the app working with your cell phone, I wish that it would have mentioned on one of the websites or reviews that you only get the full benefits of the app if you are looking into your cell phone as you brush. It's almost like if you are using your cell phone as a mirror. If you are not brushing and using the face recognition feature you do not get the full benefits that this app and toothbrush offer. There is even a gadget that they offer that can be attached to your bathroom mirror that will hold your cell phone in place. As much as I enjoy the features on the app I would have thought twice about buying it if I knew it would need to be used with facial recognition to use all the functions the app provides.
