I paid for the item but then received an email from the seller asking for more P&P. I refused to pay so the seller advised me that the order was cancelled. I did receive a refund immediately. I have spoken to Ebay regarding their policies/procedures, before leaving this feedback.

Photo's or description doesn't show any of the missing stones/scratches discolouration. When I requested a return I received an aggresive message from the seller.. RUDE !, Pictures provided where of the the bracelet, you could see it had been used. However refund issued as I am not that desperate for £20. You paid £20 not £20,000. Regardless of the cost items should be described correctly not a good way to sell!! The buyer basically sent me a rude message , then said I was rude ! . She wanted a cheap bangle to inflate the price and sell it on her “pre-loved pandora site”. I have been on her page and seen well used slightly tarnished items. I did send a label to refund the item and I told her I would return the money the minute I got the bangle. I had to go away family problem. I spite the fact I told her this she went to eBay and demanded a refund.
