Not like my last JML Chillmax

This is my second pillow by this brand. The first lasted a few years and was great but stopped getting cool so I ordered a replacement. The new one is not cool at all unless placed in the fridge. Even then it heats up very quickly and gives very little relief from my hot flushes. Maybe I’ve been sent a faulty one but I can’t be bothered with the stress of trying to return it as I have a disability and its difficult for me to get to the post office or shops which is why I like to shop online.
