  Received expected item but packaging was shoddy -- protection only on two sides with the card allowed to move around in the box. The interior of the box showed damage from the GPU impacting the sides and the slot mount housing the video connectors arrived substantially bent. The card appears to function as expected but it was very disappointing to see some damage from the deficient packaging especially given the high shipping costs.

  Subsequently found a cooling fan to be failing despite seller's claims in listing that card had "no issues -- guaranteed to work flawlessly". An RMA request was rejected by MSI because the S/N was shipped and sold overseas -- no mention of this in listing. Seller refused any accommodation. Deceitful misrepresentation and empty words to bait a buyer. Would change feedback to negative if I could and would not trust seller to ship with care or do anything to resolve any issues or concerns.
