Works well, with a little improvisation.
Does what I need it to do. It's a pity that the default screws and screwholes for the plastic mount are not the same standard size as the screws on the weights themselves. My shoulder rig itself is made from bits from several different brands (Niceyrig, Smallrig, etc.), so I've attached the weights in a not-completely optimum way.

Neat design, but not suited for all styles of operation.
Tidily designed to work with the H4N. I got it mostly for belt-mounting, but it’s not exactly easy to operate when it’s on your belt. This is also partially to do with the design of the H4N.
