Works like a charm.
I have enjoyed wearing this watch for several months now. My wife and I also have a scope but this is just as accurate and much more convenient and easy to use. For me it works best when my ball is close to the green. Previously I would not bother getting the scope out of the cart and would try to approximate my yardage by sight and would leave my shots short.
Earlier this summer I played in a scramble and 3 members of our foursome were wearing a Garmin.
The only shortcomings are when I tried to play more than 18 holes, the battery life was not sufficient. And occasionally the GPS function would turn off in the middle of a round and it would revert to being a watch. Perhaps I pushed the menu button without realizing it.
