Cider Vinegar capsules.
Been taking these Cider Vinegar capsules. 1 a day for a week. Definitely keep the weight down. The prices good. Recommend to anyone wanting to purchase them.

Keratin Hair Protein Shampoo
2 of 2 found this helpful This is an excellent shampoo makes your hair really clean & fresh. I’ve got fine hair so it gets a bit oily the next day. But would be ideal for someone with strong hair. It has a marvellous aroma: yes I recommend this shampoo.

Medwyn Goodall’s Pagan Dawn
2 of 2 found this helpful Pagan Dawn is a selection of his best music tracks from his numerous CD’s. It was nice to get them all on one CD. It’s a kind of relaxing music , which consists of Panpipes, guitar probably piano. It’s magical and ethereal, out of this world.
I can play it in the background while I am reading, or if you looking for calming music.
I first bought a CD of his about 20 years ago.
I throughly recommend to anyone looking for relaxing music to buy this CD “Pagan Dawn” of Medwyn Goodall, you won’t regret it.
