  My item arrived however it has a large crack, a couple of chips & one of the light bulbs was broken. Was packed extremely poor- the light was sitting inside the item with no padding, & paper loosely packed around the item in a box. No bubble wrap, could hear a rattle when I picked my item up. This was not what was represented in the advertisement & I was charged $55 dollars for shipping!!! Needless to say I am filing a complaint and this seller is not recommended for future purchases

  Buyer left immediate negative feedback without sending pictures or trying to workout a mutual settlement, I did and no response from buyer. I don't know if the item was really damaged or just a way to get a refund. All the D56 houses that are being sold on the site have been delivered in good condition. See my 100% feedback. This item was checked before shipping and was in excellent condition. If the USPS has broken the item buyer has the opportunity to use the priority mail insurance policy.
