No thrilled with pump
5 of 6 found this helpful I can’t say much about the pool pump quite yet for is only worked for a little over than 48 hours. I bought the pool pump on line in February brand new out-of-the-box. When I set it up in May when I open the pool it did not work. I called the company that I got it from online they said sorry over 60 days contact Pentair I called Pentair and they said I had to register it. I registered it call them back and they set up a service call. They came out and said that it needed a new computer head. Granted this is brand new out-of-the-box. They came back a little over two weeks later and replaced the head . It’s still did not work. They said it was probably the pop. About three weeks later they came out and replace the pump. Now they have replaced two parts out of three on the pump and it finally worked. For only 48 hours. Called Pentair they called the service company they came back out and finally replaced another computer head on it. It is now been working for about 36 hours we shall see from here. The service company was great but Pentair should’ve just replace the whole pump the first time instead of wasting half a season without a pool pump.
