This was my first ever purchase on eBay, and it couldn’t have been more straightforward, great communication with the seller (thanks James), the bike was dispatched in the stated timescale and duly arrived on time too. It was packaged very well with bubble wrap and cardboard, as parts had to be broken down for delivery it was great that that James had gone to the trouble of tie wraps to keep sections together which really helped with the re-assembly, all in all a good experience
