Scammed
0 of 13 found this helpful Nobody told us you could not play DVD's purchased from the UK in Canada - we are now out $100 and have been scammed. Really feel shafted. It came up with an error code stating so and how is the unassuming public supposed to know? We paid our money in good faith for a product that was not usable - it's very upsetting and my kids are upset and disappointed
