No more cramp!
These tablets have almost entirely solved the problem I used to have of getting cramp duiring and particularly after long, hard, hilly runs.
I don't take them as often as the packaging suggests (before, after and every 3ish hours during) and perhaps taking them hourly would *completely* eliminate even twinges but I don't like to take too much supplementation.
I used to get excruciating cramp a few hours after hard, multi-hour outings but these have solved that problem good 'n' proper.
They are certainly worth trying if you suffer as I did.

Does the job
Not much to say other than that it's a cheap bike computer with the basic functions, is easy to setup and read. if you don't want all the bells & whistles then it does the job at a decent price.
