Long lost gem

Brown At His Best
If you own one Greg Brown CD, this would be the one! Great tongue in cheek numbers, like "I Don't Want To Have A Nice Day" and "Just By Myself". A thirteen minute version of "Canned Goods" that will tug at the heart strings of even a cynic, like myself. "Spring Wind", "Boomtown", "Laughing River", just make a list. They are all favorites. The fact that it is live, even adds a little more character to already proven classics. Don't forget a version of "1952 Vincent Black Lightning" that would make Richard Thompson proud. Recorded when Brown was at his creative peak. This could just as easily been a "Best Of". A must have!!
