Does NOT work
I received my two Fitbit Alta chargers and they do not work. When I plug them into either my computer or a wall outlet and charge my Fitbit, the Fitbit screen does not light up and turn on to show it’s charging. I tried both chargers and neither work. I tried the reset button and it also does not work on either.
I have an old charger that works to charge my Fitbit but it doesn’t have the reset button, which is why I ordered this one. I know the Fitbit works and charges but these chargers do not work.
