  I hate to leave negative feedback I've only done it once in over 600 tools bought and I have no problem with the items I bought it is the service I have a problem with it took 2 weeks to receive the items and it wasn't just slow postage it took the seller a week to dispatch poor packaging and I don't how sellers detailed ratings is hidden when buyers depend on this information also says 100 percent positive feedback but when you dig a bit deeper seller has 30 negative and neutral comments

  sorry it took a while to arrive yodel had problems as i am sure you know .packaging was fine lignum vitae is very very hard and the chance of it getting damaged was slim to non a box for packaging was more than adequate and you had a great deal so why moan my account is quite old and has done over 2000 transactions so 30 bad feedback is not that bad at all & ebay only rates the seller over the last 12 months so maybe time to educate yourself on how ebay works rather than just moaning bah humbug
