Soldier Blue

This film was made in 1970. You can tell this by the non-native Native American Indian people in it. Saying that, the film shows some of the true horrors that the Natives had to go through for America to be what it is today. The persecution is still ongoing and the government is still trying to bully and rob the Native Americans. More people should be educated about this. The main female character is funny, clever and brave and the main man is opposed to her views but as the story goes on he realises the true nature of the war. It’s a love story and a look at the political stance of the American government at the time. Shows beautiful countryside and magnificent mountains. An oldie but a goodie. Would recommend.

Zen pad

Bought a zen pad for my daughter as a birthday present. I had bought her a tablet the year before costing around £40 cheaper but regretted it pretty soon. The screen quality was poor and the memory soon filled up. I myself have an Asus transformer tablet. So I knew that Asus was a good make, I decided to go for the Zenpad. I have no complaints whatsoever about it, the tablet on the whole looks and feels great. The battery life is good, and the graphics are excellent. I love the little thin strip at the top of the screen that is the speaker...brilliant! So glad I bought this tablet, I only wish that it was mine 😉 and not my 10yr olds!!
